About this week

  Hello! I am Mariko. I would like to tell about this week.

 First, Saturday, When I worked part-time job at convenience store, I found the new food. It was sweet potato steamed bun “Marude-Oimo” that outside color is purple. However, that inside color is yellow!! It looks like a real sweet potato. I really want to eat it. So Why don’t you try it too?

 Second, Sunday, I went to shopping to buy my friend’s birthday present at AEON mall with my mother. I went to there by my driving. There were a lot of people at every stores. I walked around the AEON mall a lot. Finally, I found the best present for my friend. After that, I and my mother enjoyed our shopping. For example, we went to cloth shops, cosmetics shops, and general shops. We spent enjoyable time.

 Finally, Friday, I ate “PINO” that is ice cream. It was not a regular PINO, it was cafe latte flavor. I usually find star or hurt shaped PINO when I open the box of PINO. The star or hurt shaped PINO is hard to find. I have only found it about 3 times in my life⭐️

[Unit Project 1] My Special Car

   My artifact is a car. This body color is white and there are pasted the beginner mark on my car's body. It is larger than me but its doors are lower than me so I must bend down when riding in the car. Front lights of my car are round shape. My car is able to seat 4 people including the driver. Also, my car is able to stream music using Bluetooth. However, my car cannot watch TV while driving. My car is compact car that is small and light so it is easy to drive.  There are a lot of workers in the world. How do they go to work? Especially, how does young worker who are still students go to work? Many people would use train or bicycle. Some people may use a car.  In January 2023, I started working at one part-time job. It always starts working at 7am. I went there by car driven by my mother because it takes an hour to walk from my home to part-time job and I did not have a driver's license. White world

 Hello! This week, I felt winter.  When I opened the curtains on Thursday morning, it was a white scene!! I was excited to see the snow falling. University was closed on Friday due to heavy snow. Usually I have to wake up early because I have 1st period, but this Friday I was able to sleep a little longer. So I was happy!

Special Taiyaki

 Hello, this week, I ate delicious sweets.  On Friday, the Taiyaki food stall came to UNP cafeteria. Actually, this food stall also came to there on Thursday. However, when I and my friends went to the Taiyaki food stall at lunch time, there were a lot of people lined up there to buy Taiyaki. At that time, there were only 15 minutes until next class started so we gave up on buying it  on Thursday.   Next day, Friday, we were really looking forward to buy Taiyaki. Fortunately, our class that before lunch time was finished early so we could buy it! Thank you Mr. John. I ate apple cream flavor. It was so delicious!!
